I'm only a tiny bit annoyed, because I know that this tiny little bump in the road is nothing compared to the kind of stuff that Jenn has had to deal with in the past and will have to in the future...

I called my health insurance company to verify that Jenn had been added. They looked up the account and said, "Is your wife's name Jennifer?" and I said, "Yes, good, looks like she's been added," and they said, "Yup, Jennifer Smith is in the system." *blink blink* "Jennifer Smith? Doesn't it say Jennifer Reese?"

Apparently, the HR people in Texas took it upon themselves to ignore the paper work and assumed she was going to change her name.

*sigh* ah well, we'll take care of it. :)
