I started learning my new Red Sash techniques on Wednesday night, but I haven't received my sash. Once I receieve the sash, I'll make my journal red for the next month. :)

They are pretty cool techniques, defense against kicks. Up until now it's been defense against wrist grabs, clothing grabs, body grabs, etc. Most of those aren't useful in a standing fight, only for avoiding those kinds of fights. Now though during sparring and such I'll have a few new tricks in the bag to choose from. :) :)

I also officially created my first working Jakarta Struts web application! Woo! *crickets* *crickets* I know it's boring to you, but it's really cool to me. :) It's a goofy little thing that just fiddles with email addresses in a database, but it works and that's what matters. :)
