Shaolin Soccer, Pt. 2
Ok, I've stopped laughing enough to actually post an entry.
Oh my god, everyone in the world has to see this movie.
Damn, it's really hard to put into words.
Basic Idea: This guy thinks that Shaolin Kung Fu is the greatest thing in the world and it would make everyone's lives better. So he gets his brothers together to make a soccer team to get publicity for Shaolin.
So, you've got things like the Master of the Mighty Steel Leg who can kick the ball ridiculously hard, or the Master of the Iron Head, or Master of the Hooked Leg.. etc.
This movie is totally hilarious and tremendously weird at times. It's campy and it makes fun of itself and is just a really enjoyable movie all around. I cannot recommend it highly enough (but you really need to be in a goofy mood when you watch it).
