I just found out that people are doing a new form of ascii art. Google Groups is a service that Google offers where you can use a web browser to search/read/post on UseNet groups. When you search in Google Groups it will add a color background to each of the terms that you search for, for example:

A Google Groups search for "java programming"

Well, people have started posting ascii art on the UseNet with the specific intention of searching for it on Google Groups so that the search term highlighting will color in their picture. For example:

Some guy actually made an application that helps you make Google Groups Ascii Art!
