I watched The Butterfly Effect today (got it from Netflix). Ok, actually, I started watching it last night, but the first 20 minutes turned out to be really scary at times. So, I decided scary movie at 1am when Jenn is out of the state... not a great idea.

I started it over again this morning and watched it through. Now, I'm a _huge_ fan of That 70's Show but I'm not a big fan of Ashton Kutcher. Due to that, I did not expect to enjoy the movie but I was pleasently surprised! He did a very good job in the movie and I thought the storyline was well done, somewhat novel and highly gripping. The movie starts scary at times and VERY dark. It's actually quite disturbingly dark, but good nonetheless!

I highly recommend seeing it, but it's no date-movie. Make sure you are prepared for some sick shit in addition to a really good movie!
