Free Subway!
Last time I was in the Subway (food, not transportation) I dropped my business card into the big fish bowl for the Free Lunch drawing... and viola! I got a call this morning saying I won lunch for me and 10 people! Woo!
Unfortunately, we have to sit through a Financial pitch, but it's only like 3-5 minutes kind of thing. When I found this out, I got to thinking. So, the people who sponsor the giveaway are financial companies... and they draw a card "at random" from the fish bowl.
How much you wanna bet that they look through all of the cards and pick them by hand. Hell, if I worked at a financial firm and I saw a Google business card, I'd "pick that one at random" wouldn't you?
