Consistency

I forgot to mention my running. I was bad and didn't run over the weekend (just lost track of time or was hanging with the family). Monday I was sick, so no running.

Tuesday! I only ran 2 miles and no pushups/crunches on Tuesday because I was in a time crunch. Had to get the run in, then get to my therapist, then head to the Open House at Emperor's College. Weight: still 230 lbs.

Wednesday! I ran the full 3 miles in about 25 minutes, did 20 pushups and 50 crunches. Phew! I'm tired! Again though I could have kept running, so I'm going to try to pick up the pace a little bit more. I've noticed that my pace is directly tied to the music I'm listening to so when it slows down, I slow down. Heh. Weight: still 230 lbs.

You have to give me points of consistency. No change in weight, no change in body size... despite all the exercise and less snacking during the day. There is no god.
