If you are a programmer, engineer, scientist, etc. who writes code you should read Joel on Software. Bookmark his site now. Seriously. I'm waiting.
Ok, now that you've done that, you should read this article on Making Wrong Code Look Wrong. He has some EXCELLENT insights on improving overall code strength and clarity, in addition to some really interesting historical information on Hungarian notation and why it shouldn't be hated.
