I have several home improvement projects, some of which are dependent on others. The front door needs replacing and the new floor can't start until the door is done, etc. I ordered the door on Dec 8th. They said, 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. It's been 4 weeks and no call. I call them. It'll arrive on Feb 6th.

You tell me 2-3 weeks and when I call at 4 weeks you say 5 more weeks? Are you fucking kidding me?

The salesperson who is handling my account says that the manufacturer was closed over the holidays and he found out "too late." So I ask him, "Did you know they were closing when you sold me the door?" He says, "Yes." So... it was "too late" when you found out, but you knew when you sold me the door. When you are dealing with an angry customer on the phone, is your instinct really to lie to them? Is that this jackhole thinks is the right course of action?
