Birther Lawyer Gets Another Smackdown
Shelley pointed me at this ruling from the Middle District of Georgia about Orly Taitz, the bat-shit-crazy Birther lawyer who is trying to sue.. well ANYONE she can in hopes to force Barack Obama to present his Birth Certificate.
You know.... this one:
It's a very long ruling, about 42 pages or so. I made it through about 25 before I was just too tired to continue... but those first 25 are awesome. :) Much as you'd expect from a lawyer.... a REAL lawyer unlike Ms. Taitz... they go through point-by-point to describe and refute the allegations on the table. Taitz has been a total whackjob in court and a disgrace to lawyers everywhere. She's been warned by several judges before and her actions in the Georgia Court set her over the edge, so the Georgia Court fined her $20,000 in an effort to curtail her frivolous lawsuits and political grandstanding in the future.
It's dry, but it's goooood stuff.
