Our command center prior to remodelling. Note ugly, worn carpet and very annoying blinds and desk on right pulled out from space taken up by inconvenient closet. Ugly overhead light not shown. Old paint ugly too.





Command center after remodelling. Note shiny new hardwood floor, new curtains and rods, new shelves (to be filled soon with paperbacks) and lots more space for desk on right. New stylish overhead light barely visible. Fresh coat of paint brighter than the old.





During Christmas in Albany, Shelley used her mom's riding snowblower on the her long driveway during the storm so that Paul could escape back to Texas.





Back on November 26th we had a gorgeous sunset!



We watched Panic Room yesterday -- quite good, highly recommended; great cinematography.
