My new class, called Spatial Analysis, ain't nearly as exiciting as last term's GIS course (no cool mapping software, all boring statistical methods).

Unfortunately it's required for the GIS certificate and fits my schedule well, so it must be endured. It meets Tuesday evenings for about four hours.

Class 1: What is a hypothesis?
Class 2: How to gather data
Class 3: How to compute an average

Uh, gosh, those are interesting topics, huh? They keep my interest piqued through the entire period.

And if you believe that, you'll believe me when I tell you that I love my cable company for moving some of our favorite channels to a new tier, thus making us pay more to retain them, and also forcing us to pay more for high-speed Internet access if we decide to drop the TV and go with a satellite service instead.
