We had an ultrasound appointment today for Baby X and hoped to learn whether it will be Baby XX or Baby XY, but alas, Baby X was "sitting" in the wrong position for any kind of useful ultrasound and could not be examined. We have to return for another attempt in two weeks.

On a happy note, we had two prospective buyers* and their agents come by for a quick showing; one yesterday and one today. As long as people like that are looking, hope simmers, despite the stupid self-fulfilling economic outlooks.
