Here in the hills of KY, there seem to be a lot of them. I suppose once upon a time they were occupied by families with dreams of the future. Now they just sit idle..falling apart from neglect. At the same time, we read about all the homeless people who sleep in the streets for lack of proper housing...falling apart because of neglect.
