I am a happy camper tonight! Taylor Hicks is the new American Idol...I couldn't be happier.

Not only that..I have another winner...Harold won the Top Chef competition.

The AI show was outstanding...Prince! who knew? Dione Warrick..Mary Blige, Al, Burt, star, after star. Its the best closing show they've ever had. Usually they just run a bunch of stuff we've already seen during the course of the contest...but this was all fresh, well mostly fresh and new. I'm sure their tour will be very successful.

No word on Buford so I am going on the assumption that he moved on to his next assignment, that someone out there really needed him more than we did..so that's where he is..helping someone else.

We've got a beauty of a thunder storm raging outside, so check with ya later.
