Been gone for awhile, but now I'm back...I think. June was not my favorite month this year..now its gone and I'm gonna take a stab at getting through July.

The month started off well, I spent the first week with my son and his family. It was a fun time, we celebrated my birthday at a picnic where I was supposed to be treated to a helicopter ride. Unfortunately, the copter never showed up so that's still on my list of things to do before I die. In spite of that, it was a lovely day and we were treated to a marvelous firworks show at the end of the day.

My oldest son and his two boys will be coming for a visit next week...that's always a good time and I'm really looking forward to that.

My youngest won't make it this year...she's had her hands full with floods and tenant problems...maybe she'll come around Thanksgiving time.

All the rest of the monsters are doing well...my eldest has been reunited with her son...an absolute blessing. My second born is doing well in spite of the fact she has to put up with me on a daily basis.

My mind has been off somewhere, doing god knows what these last few weeks but I think its finding its way back.

One lives in hope.

I plan to spend the next few days trying to catch up with all the posts.
