A little good...a little bad...life is ...well it's just
life I guess.

Needless to say, I'm disappointed cause my beautiful, pissy little daughter won't be coming to see me this weekend. I miss her and was looking forward to her visit. I know she'll make it here soon...I just wanted it RIGHT NOW!!!

okay, on the brighter side...my son from New York is in the midst of making plans to move here to KY permanently! w00t!
He is expected to arrive bag and baggage in mid February. It has been a decision long coming and the circumstances seem to be just right for such a drastic move.

His two sons will remain up north with their mom to finish school...one has a year to go and the youngest has a couple of years left. That's gonna be tough for all three of them but...that's why they invented phones, and planes and cars...right?

That leaves just one kid left to coax down here...my youngest who presently lives in PA. She doesn't sound real thrilled at the idea, nor does her husband or kids. You know how it is...they both have good jobs and are quite happy right where they are...and I can understand that. But, who knows...life is full of surprises and maybe someday.... The good thing is that they do come visit every year, so that's something to be grateful for.

We're all sitting here waiting for the snow to fall...here it is nearing the end of Jan. and not a flake...netta is gonna be soooooo pissed if we don't get any this weekend. I sure don't wanna be around her if the sun shines all weekend...do you? Nah, I don't think so.

Probably just as well netta didn't come this weekend, I've gotta go Sunday for an MRI, some blood work and a couple of X-rays, so my mood most likely will be a bit on the cranky side. Not a good idea to have two of us feeling snarky.
