Things didn't quite work out and sadly, I won't be going to Netta World just yet. The proprietor is in pain with a bad tooth that will require a root canal and the timing wasn't quite right.

The cows threw me out of the pasture cause I told em how the book ended so they're all pissed off.

I spoke to Netta on the phone and she's not quite her perky self..hopefully the antibiotics will help and her next trip to the dentist (shudder)..will do the trick. I wish I could be there to hold her hand but dentist's offices are not my favorite place to vacation.

Netta and I were talking about the deplorable conditions of health care in this country and I mentioned the fact that if I were queen..or even if she were queen, we could probably straighten everything out.

We then debated..which is better...to be a goddess...or to be a queen.

I voted for queen. All the goddess gets is a flimsy white dress to wear.

The queen, on the other hand gets an ermine robe, a crown of jewels and a scepter. The scepter is especially important...it can be used to bash disenters over the head..problems solved.

And, if I were queen...I'd just call for the horse and carriage and trot off to Netta World.

Now, I guess I'll go unpack my bags, watch American Idol and just maybe Simon Cowell will offer some advice on this queen thingee.
