My rationale:

1) I just ate the most incredibly delicious thing in the world (this is part of the indicator -- and now here's the rest): toasted pita stuffed with a homemade garlic and blue cheese mayo; huge, thick slices of feta (that was just about the most amazing thing I've ever eaten just by itself); lots and lots of onions, and gyro meat.

2) There's a basketball that seems to be protruding from the lower part of my abdomen.

3) The basketball moves by itself. I think it's trying to break out...
