Today I am not old. YAY!

Next year, we may have to talk. :)

This morning Avadore and I ate raspberry cream cheese croissants, the likes of which I haven't seen since '93. I love being an adult.

Stuff to do this morning: Pack Avadore's stuff and get him ready for when Grandpa comes to pick him up to spend the night. Browse Amazon. (My in-laws sent me a fabulous gift certificate from Amazon. I am going to buy so many books. Rice is going to kill me. :)) Get ready for the day.

This afternoon, I'm going to go get my hair done and go pen shopping. I may put my feet up. I may write. I may not. I may run naked through the streets. It doesn't matter - I have no responsibilities for 24 hours. WOOO HOOO!

Tonight Rice and I are going to the Sandpiper for dinner, courtesy of our good friends who just happened to have this gift certificate lying around....:) We are going to eat so well. We never spend that much on the two of us going out to dinner. We may get several desserts... :).

Tonight Rice and I have the house to ourselves. Winter is in another town with his girlfriend, and Avadore will be off. I can't remember the last time this happened. We may curl up with our big Christmas TV Grandma got us and watch something here. On our couches. Alone. In the quiet without Avi and Katie being loud or Winter complaining.

This may mean a video store run is in order.

This is going to be such a good day.
