I haven't been near my computer for a very, very, very long time. Actually, I've barely made it downstairs. Mostly my time has been spent trying to put the house back together and move on with life after the disease. It really blows my mind just how far down it took us. We're still recovering. On Monday, while Avadore napped for about four hours (which is an incredible nap for him), Rice and I napped for about three hours. Though we weren't conscious, it was some good quality time.

I got a bit of reading done yesterday and the day before. I haven't had a lot of writing luck lately. Writing has become a really awkward thing for me, which is unusual. I suppose the more I do it, the more I'll find my groove again. But then, my whole brain is still trying to find its groove again.

Winter moved out Saturday. Such a strange thing to have the house to ourselves... But it's nice. Very nice.
