It's Thursday, which means it should be a good day. Right? Right.

I've glanced over the news, but I'm trying to avoid it today -- it's really been bringing me down and my family would probably appreciate a reprieve.

I have some reading, and cleaning, and Avadore showring to do instead. And I should eat something, I suppose.

Read some of an old back issue of The Bulletin today, I'm currently particularly considering Resnick and Malzberg on Workshops.

My new on-line workshop starts tomorrow, and I'm up first. I'm going to submit some little things, start off easy while we're still getting to know each other a little bit before we begin to submit any bangs.

I hope this workshop goes well since it looks like the participants are of a higher caliber in terms of their writing than some of my past workshops.

In familial news, my grandmother has cracked her hip in two places and is currently in the hospital. She's constantly advising me to avoid getting old. This could be one of the reasons why...
