LD is on his second 15 ounce can of peaches tonight. And that's not what he ate for dinner. This is dessert. He's 20 months, for pity's sake! Where does he put it?

Tonight Avadore said to me, "Maggie's the only girl I need. I don't need Sophie anymore, too." (Sophie is the next door neighbor who is just younger than Avadore.)

Wondering if there was another Maggie running around, I asked, "Am I Maggie?"

"Yeah," Avadore said. "I like you."

*beams*

Just wait -- he'll be informing me soon enough that he doesn't need to be seen with his mother in public. :D
