Electric Grandmother

Tomorrow is Dr. Seuss' birthday. In celebration, Avadore's school is having lots of Dr. Seuss activities. Today all the children were to wear red and white shirts, and are going to read "The Cat in the Hat".

I suspect they'll have a good time. I know I dug Dr. Seuss as a kid, and my kids are pretty fond of him.

Tomorrow, all over the place, people are going to be reading Dr. Seuss books to one another in celebration. I'm not sure which one we'll read, though "The Sleep Book" has always been a personal favorite, ever since I was younger than Avadore, and a bit older than LD. I still have the same copy, after all these years.
