Someone correct me if I'm mistaken on any of this:

"Pop Up Video" was a half hour show on VH1 in the late mid to late '90's and early 2000's. They showed videos and included pop up comments on the screen, mostly of trivia somehow related to the video, directly or indirectly.

For a while it aired with "The Big '80's". It was ideal for college students, like me. The whole encouragement to turn into goo during the mid-afternoon was ideal.
