It's that time of year--flowers are in bloom, blackberries are ripening on the vine, and fleas and ticks are in abundance.

That's right, folks. Avadore had a tick about 10 days ago, which didn't bite him (thankfully), and Katie (the dog) has fleas.

Today she gets a flea bath and the apartment gets a good bombing.

Though there are other things I'd rather do this morning other than bomb the apartment and bathe the dog, there are worse things I could need to do.
