Steffi and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary today. Went out to lunch at a new local Vietnamese restaurant called Basil & Lime on Franklin Street and then I went back to work. At 4:30, I skipped out early, and we went to see the film Supersize Me!, a Michael Moore-styled documentary about obesity in the US and one man's (Morgan Spurlock's) quest to eat nothing but a McDonald's based diet for 31 days. I won't go into the film here, but suffice it to say it was another instance of the pastor preaching to the choir.

Fast food = bad. Healthy relationship = best thing in the world! (Unless you're the Vegan partner watching the other put him or herself through a month-long Mac-binge!)
