What I need you to know is very important: I have the best boyfriend in the entire world. What did he do to deserve this highly-coveted title? Well, all kinds of things.

He's made me breakfast in bed on numerous occasions (without prompting, even). He complains that his apartment doesn't have enough of my stuff in it (even though it's a little small for me to be adding much more to the space). He lets me sleep in on the weekends (which could be out of fear of my grouchiness upon being woken up, which on weekdays is directed entirely at the alarm or the cat, whichever gets to me first). And he's just general a thoughtful kind of guy.

On Saturday he brought me lunch. He was busy. Very busy. And I was home cleaning (and usually when he's not busy he takes on quite a bit of the housecleaning himself) and occasionally taking breaks for Alterac Valley games (which generally requires a long wait, so they really were breaks from cleaning). I went and retrieved myself coffee from the neighborhood, something that he is, I am sure, quite proud of me for doing since I tend to be a little bit of a home-body and more than a little scared of getting lost (so what if it's only half a block away! It's on the opposite side of the street and therefore the potential for confusion).

And then last night we were both driving home our own vehicles from his friends' house, and I told him I'd be later than him getting home because I needed to stop to get gasoline. So there I am at our neighborhood gas station (of which we have many it seems) and I'm happily (or at least sleepily) pumping gasoline into my '95 Golf and right behind me pulls up this green car that sort of resembles my boyfriend's, and then out of the green car emerges my boyfriend. I figured he needed gas. He came up to me, smiled, kissed me, and then got back into his car and drove away, leaving me a tad confused, but just generally smiley.

I'm not making an exhaustive list here, by any means. There are much more, much bigger things that he does that make him deserving of this title of Best Boyfriend in the Entire World, but those are what were on my mind today, so I thought I'd share.
