I'm sort of addicted to Yahoo's "Ask Yahoo" website where you find the answers to all sorts of weird questions. I liked this particular one today: What actually happens when you "crack" your knuckles?. My mom used to tell me that I'd hurt myself by doing that, but I find, especially in cold weather, that it really helps. And I'm clumsy enough as it is, I don't need stiff joints helping out.
