beauty, laughter and cussing

There are three things with transcendent power, beauty, laughter and cussing. These three comprise a hierarchy of coping. I say to seek beauty wherever it can be found. If you can't find it, try to laugh at your plight. If you can't laugh, cuss. If you can't speak, at least raise your middle finger.

And if that sounds irreligious to the religious, a wise man, or one purporting to be wise, or was it that others purported him to be wise, once said something like: God prefers to be cursed than ignored.
