I thought one of the things episode III did well was some of the quiet moments -- Anakin's brief conversation with Yoda about his troubles and some of his one-on-one's with the Emperor. I agreed with many that most of the Anakin - Amidala quiet moments were pretty stiff and dialogue poor, especially in Ep. II. But I thought Lucas did much better with even those moments in Ep. III.
