well, i don't really have much to say today.

which would probably make some people very happy. *snortlin*

i'm working on getting over the feeling that someone peed in my sandbox. as much as i would like to say i won't edit myself, i probably will. for a while, anyway.

as i have said before, i freewrite here. it's my valve, my vent, my space. i like it here, and while i did contemplate closing up shop for good or moving to another neighborhood, i figured, fuck it. this is my sandbox, and peed in or not, it's mine. i'll just clean it up, scoop it out and keep building my sand castles.

honestly, there really isn't much going on. the knight has been working his ass off, and now i see up close and personal exactly what he goes through each and every single day, six days a week. he doesn't complain, ( well, sometimes he vents but it's no where near whining ) he just knows his job and goes to it every day. i can't tell you how much i admire that.

it's a special thing we have. i've never had it before. he has never hurt me. not once in almost eight years, by word or deed. no screaming, swearing, hitting, degrading, humiliating, disrespecting...none of that.

is this the way it was supposed to be?

well, i've been through hell and back, and i would go through it a million times again if at the end he was standing there waiting for me.
