ice and snow have made it difficult to get around. not a lot, but enough for it to be dangerous. i've stayed snugged in and busy, trying to model my day (off) as if i could write full-time instead of squeezing it in.

i like it. i like it a lot.

it was a good call to call it a night last night when i did. both pieces were polished and sent off by one PM today, and we continue the batting streak with Not One Edit. she said they looked great.

so, i'm giving myself part of the evening off to catch up on the important stuff, like blogs, TSB, YouTube, new releases and of course, American Idol. i'll probably either start the new project (and a change of subject!! OH THANK YA JEEZUZ!) that i intend to blow out of here in a month and a week (that's the goal, anyway) or i might really indulge and play with my fiction.

i'll only do it until i need glasses.
