i heard this song by the incomparable Annie Lennox in late 1997. i wish she knew how much it helped me then.
Johnny Lee helped me get in touch with my inner....ethnicity. heh. and while i love this band, i thought this was a little over the top. i never had a job like that.
is there anyone better than these guys? no, no there isn't. but this guy might come close. and they may have been raw AND cooked, but this song and this one helped me through some very hard times.
this Canadian is freggin' FABULOUS. also Canadian and underrated, this Canuck is more than just sunglasses, although the pouty look just cracks my ass up. i love the tone of his voice, and this song has a poignancy to me that's hard to explain.
i love music. it truly is my crack.
