yep. did it. i'm out, i'm done, and i'm ensconced at Gem's with all mah shitz and mah cat.

i can't find a damned thing, my back is killing me, but the puppy and Sparky have declared a truce of sorts and i feel...

i feel so much better.

everyone got their paycheck, and it's all good. i sent off the email and got an immediate response -- "I understand your loyalty to Gem, and wish you the best."

which tells me they were hoping i would do this anyway -- or they want me to think so. they were in immediate contact with the Dancer....and i told her to hold out for top dollar because if she doesn't get it now, she won't ever get it.

not my problem anymore. i have a whole host of others, but that hotel is not one of them a n y m o r e.
