Eating A Vegetarian Diet

I don`t really think eating a vegetarian diet is good for our health.I used to try it.But htere were some problems.
In fact,vegetables give us a lot of nourishment and vitamins.Those are really good for our health.But not only vegetables support our health and our
body.Meat,seafood,cereals and carbohydrate also supports our health,and they give us energy.We can not be health without those foods.
Eating vegetarian diet is also not good for our mentality,because if we start the vegetarian diet,we have to have self-control.Moreover we will get tired.We might be under a lot of stress.I think it makes worse.
So I don`t recomend eating a vegetarian diet.
We sould enjoy our meals!!
