Last night I couldn't sleep after an upsetting confrontation with RT over his not taking his meds and not following the doctor's instructions, so I decided to go to my room and crank up the computer (metaphorically speaking) and just follow anything that looked intriguing.

Essentially what I did was just click on interesting links, which led to other interesting links, which led to some very strange places indeed.

I finally ended up on a website maintained by a person in Switzerland who is building his own airplane. In his journal he is memorializing every single step, complete with photos. If you were interested in personal aircraft and the building thereof, it would be a gold mine.

I did click one more link, just as I was finally getting too sleepy to focus on the monitor. What came up was a diatribe against the evil effects of garlic on the brain, of all things. I took it as a sign that I had reached the Outer Limits and shut the computer down.

It was fun while it lasted. I can see how a person could be hooked into hours of surfing on a regular basis.
