Execute. The word you use when you do something. Finish. Complete. Or the word used when someone is (legally) murdered. Execute.

I click "Execute" all the time when I am approving payroll. I set up the time frame, the list of appropriate payroll records, click the button that says what process I want to accomplish, and then I click "Execute".

Believe me, many's the time I've wanted to execute this program. And I don't mean in the first meaning of the word. The program is user un-friendly and doesn't allow payroll to be entered and processed in a way to pay people properly. It cost milions of dollars and is so user-intensive, we might as well revert to quill pens, high stools and green eyeshades.

Execute!
