The Sounds of Monday, Monday

This morning's music is from thirty years ago: Jethro Tull (New Day Yesterday, Leicester Square, Bouree, Look into the Sun, Nothing's Easy, Fat Man, We Used to Know, Thousand Mothers (this is the one I always think of as quintessential Tull), Living in the Past, Driving Song)

has to compete with the jackhammering outside my window.

All last week things were quiet with most employees gone. Was the parking lot work done then? No, most certainly not. The noisy work started today, when there's no call for me to be out in the field (and away from the racket). And the parking lot is jammed with employees' cars. Humphf!
BOOM! What are they doing out there?

Update: the big bucket broke the plastic pipe and we now have Niagara Falls II. Water turned off. What next? Don't ask!
