I looked at my calendar for items to be transferred to my "to do" list. The only thing written for today was to send in Census form, which I did the day I received it, so that's done.

I think I'll look at bookshelves and bathroom today, as my raisons d'etre. Not that the universe demands it of me; I am fine just as I am, but I like the sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.

[that was a Freudian slip--notice that I said I'd "look" at them; didn't say anything about actually doing a lick of work. heh. can my subconscious express itself or what?]

And the bookshelves really do need some tender loving care.

Speaking of TLC, you recall the tomatoes I planted day before yesterday? It got down to near freezing last night--very unusual for this time of year. Hope they survived.
