I just did the laundry and in the basket were a heavy pair of jeans and a long-sleeved turtleneck sweater to be washed. That's what we were wearing a week ago. Yesterday it was shorts and sleeveless tops, with the temperatures over 90 degrees.

My poor tomatoes are so confused. They blossom, thinking it's time to make fruit, and then it's so cold they are frost bitten. It gets warm, they blossom again, and it's so hot fruit won't set. Tomato schizophrenia weather.

This heat is the kind of weather we see in August and September. Please don't tell me summer has started early this year.

Each cat has found his/her favorite cool spot, lying stretched out to maximize the exposure to any possible breeze or shade.

And I'm rummaging through my closet, looking for the lightweight clothes I don't usually need until the end of June.
