I made it downstairs OK, but now it looks as though I won't be able to go back up them. Maybe after some coffee and some food, I will find the strength to climb the stairs

So this is my first entry using my iPad. Some of the autocorrect offerings are hilarious, and some are quite helpful. I have to pay attention, though, or you would be reading some very strangely disconnected things. For instance, autocorrect just suggested "disdain" for "disconnected".

Feeling better today. Getting the flu is like being run over by a Mack truck. However, today the fever is less, chest muscles hurt something awful from coughing, and I am as weak as the proverbial kitten. And I must say it's nice to be able to read again (fever makes eyes sensitive to light).

So I think the plan for the morning is to have some coffee and food (thank goodness for leftovers), take a nap, then try the stairs again. If I get upstairs, I can take another nap.

The a.m. ambitious agenda is ahead.
