Just showed my condo for the first time. I'm actually getting nervous - this is REAL, folks, and not for the faint of heart. My friend the realtor said I'm priced just right to sell quickly and that I'm not going to have much trouble at all. And that our band is rehearsing in a few weeks. (It's Vashon - remember, our DNA is stuck to everyone else's here in Camelot.)

I emailed my craigslist ad to as many realtors as I could remember. There are about 70 of them in this little suspension of 10,000 souls, which seems like saturation. Doubtless they will bring someone by who just can't live without living on the Rock.

Maybe it's not nerves. Maybe it's cramps.
