Progress (on the story) first. There has been some.

As far as I know there's no "e" word that's synonymous with procrastination, so word #5 is "energy," which is what I'm synonomous with, inasmuch as I have considerable mass.

The energy is not properly harnessed yet, though. I have caught up on blogs, recced some stories for Nebs, read several back issues of Asimov's and F&SF, and visited the Lounge in the SFWA area of SFF.net, something I haven't done in years. Getting back into the swing of things, supposedly.

But the swing of things isn't other people's writing. It's my writing.

So I'm going to transport myself over to my story and see y'all later.
