List four ways you like to relax or give yourself a break. Then name a fifth, something you’ve never been able to do, a self-care dream.

1. Doing the crossword puzzle each morning. It wakes my brain up and *hopefully* keeps the Alzheimer's at bay.

2. Listening to Little Feat. This was the music of my college days. I am not that wild, carefree, not always legal girl anymore. Sometimes I really miss her. Some of the songs bring back floods of memories that are only safe to visit some 20+ years later.

3. Rollerblading. I love to skate fast.

4. Take a midday nap.

5. Hike/backpack the entire Appalachian Trail with my husband.
