I went back to the dentist last week for prep work for my bridge. I have a temporary bridge, and a black eye. I was in the chair from 10 am until about 3:30. My dentist had given me a prescription for xanax. It really helped, the time went by pretty fast and the discomfort was minimal. The recovery process was a bit worse. To be honest, it has been horrible. I have pretty much been in pain for a week. I have some Tylenol 3’s. I took them pretty regular for a few days. I called into work sick Saturday. I’ve been taking Motrin for a couple of days and that seems to do the trick, it just wears off quickly. On the upside the bridge, even though it is temporary, looks really good.

I rented Runaway Jury last night, I was not impressed. I had read the book and it was pretty good light reading. One should never read a book and then see the movie. I’m always disappointed when I do that.

I finally showed some backbone concerning work. I sent a 3 page email to my boss telling her everything I have been complaining about for months. I don’t know why I was afraid to say anything. I have been doing the work of two people and not complaining about the unfairness of it all. I think I didn’t want to be perceived as a whiner. Anyway, I’m not sure she even read it. She hasn’t said a word about it. But I did notice on the march schedule I’m not scheduled to work on the truck after the 19th. Does that mean I’m going to be working in the office? Maybe she is firing me? I don’t know. She doesn’t share information with me. I guess she thinks I’m getting information through osmosis.

The kids are doing fine. Nothing new to talk about.

Guess that’s about all for now.
