I feel so much better. I went to the doctor last week, part of my taking care of myself better. My blood pressure was elevated and I’m now on blood pressure medicine. The doc also renewed my Zoloft and I’ve actually been taking it every morning. My blood work was better than 2 years ago, but cholesterol is still up, so add another pill in the morning.
I was really sad when I left the doctors office, but I’m better. I knew my bp was running high, so I half expected it.

Jodi finished her first semester of college with B’s. I’m very proud of her.
Wayne graduated from college with 2 associate degrees. I’m very proud of him too.
