Pleated white clouds part,
Reveal light blue sky above
Rippling high river.
Jogger, green shirt, hat,
Black shorts, meets jogger, black shirt,
Hat, green shorts. Waves, grins.
Gull with breakfast glares.
Others swoop, dive, don't dare land,
Watch him eat it all.
