All I Have Left

What Remains?

All I have left are images in my mind's eye that can do nothing.

A hammer made of unfired clay. A nail made of plastic.

( revised notes:Seems there was much stuff left in a storage unit that was built by Tom John Scott Brown and his love, LeeAnn Wonsowicz...it seems too, that it was sold by her mother, her sons and her former boyfriend...or kept by them...it seems like whatever they had together was not only disrespected it was sold off willy nilly and not one whit of what mattered to them that was in the unit will ever come home to his folk's home and hearth.

Her sons were not decent to Tom, neither were they decent to her. Ah, well. Such is the youth of this world. All about self....) Barbara J. Brown December 2013 loss and more loss and nothing but loss.

The court appointed me the representative of Tom's estate. But no one has access to that storage unit until the judge issues an order to that effect.
My attorney needs all the addresses for all interested people in Leeanne's effects.
So, I need an address for you, Steve, for Kim, for Michael, for Adam and for Tyler, we already have Loma's address. I was told that Adam is using his grand mother's address, but that will not suffice, I heard that they have a place, a little house or apartment now, outside of that trailer park and they are the ones most interested in her stuff. Kim and Ty have both expressed interest in the bed.
We just want Tom's remaining personal items, papers, guitar pieces and whatever is his.
We would be glad to have anyone there when we open the unit, given that the judge grants that authority to me after we go back to court, again, to try to receive it.
So, will you give me the proper addresses of all these folks if you can get them?
We are not asking for anyone to pay us back for the monthly fees to keep it from going to auction, or for the attorney's fees, all of which total has gone up and up as time goes on, just that you allow us to notify you appropriately of our intentions and we will be open to your being there when we open the unit, once authority is given to me.

I will agree to giving what ever address you need as long as i ( and please take this seriously. ). Get MY MOTHERS things. I know Tommy's items are important to you. And I'd hope you would agree that my moms stuff is important to me. I'd like to be there so they ( who ever "they " are) wont auction off every thing after you get Tommy's stuff.

Michael, I was told that you were not interested in her things, or anything about her. Please make a list of particular things you want. We are trying to get access and it has cost a good deal to keep it all from going to auction.
There is no "they" other than the court, the judge who decides to allow access to someone by awarding legal paper work to earn access.
We are hoping to avoid any disputes over Leanne's things. Remember, we are talking about things like towels, dishes, and numerous used and practical items.
We hope you would have respect for others' claims and desires.
Things go up for auction if no one pays the monthly storage fees for a certain number of months, they have been paid for by Tom's dad and myself continuously since November. There is no danger of auction unless the legal paper holder sends stuff off to auction.
We are not talking about money or anything easily saleable, we are talking about carefully managing the appropriate dispersal of remaining articles Leanne saved, held dear and deemed useful in their continuing life together.
Adam has said they have nothing so anything they can be given to take to use is welcome.
We want everyone's feelings respected and no hard feelings or ugliness to result after all our efforts.
Please send me your address or send it to Joseph Poprawa Law Offices in East Lansing so you can receive a letter inviting you to the opening of the storage on the day we are there to resolve this matter equitably.

I am sending copies of your reply and mine to you your aunt and uncle and two brothers.
Barbara
