Needless to say, today was "scheduled" around the football game. And the Saints came through big time, beating Green Bay and Bret Favre.

I don't when the last time was that the Saints started off a season with two wins. Maybe Hazlett's first year?

Next week I will be in that number in the Superdome. We're playing arch-rival Atlanta, and based on season ticket sales (all but about 1000 seats) the Dome will be rocking. It can get really noisy in there, especially if the team is winning.

I'm sure that the Pope and Moses will be running around, as well as some other super-fans.

"Making groceries" took up the morning, the game took up the first part of the afternoon. I was watching a late game and somehow my body called for sleep. I woke up as they went into overtime. I'm not even sure who was playing.

I am now beginning to feel awake again. I could watch yet another game on ESPN, or I could read, or I could (and probably will) read AND watch the game.

We will not discuss weeds. Anyway, it was too humid today.
